Now it seems that people like these will take the easy way out, they would rather steal, and that is in-essence what they are doing, than to work. It won't be long until we will be suing our parents for the genetics that causes diabetis, and other things so that we don't have to be accountable for our own actions.(what is the world coming to????) people like that are the reason the world is like it is. just ME ME ME!!!

Suing a company for a dumb mistake like that is sooooo freakkkin stupid.. i mean come on we all make mistakes and things happen..I mean geez it seems like that diabetic saw a good excuse for some money and took advantage of it..I hope they die anyways for being sooo sekfish..

I work EMS in Sevier Co and I can tel you from first hand experiance that Dolly Wood doesn't hesitate at all to call an ambulance on the park, we go there all the time. I don't believe for a second he was denied an ambulance, my guess is that they tried to be very accomodating to them, The park safety people are actualy very good and have a ton of experiance, I'de love to see the EMT or Paramedics report on what happened, I bet it would shed new light on the incident.

I said in an earlier post that I have been there numerous times and have seen people need ambulances. EVERY time someone was ALWAYS there and an ambulance was there quickly. Your so right, I hope DOLLYWOOD proves this to be a big fat lie which MOST of us know it is!!

I guess these people that don't want something for nothing are sending their stimulus checks back to the government instead of spending them..:-) They are probably complaining they didn't get the right amount or on time or whatever.

Best post I've seen yet. You sum this up perfectly. I believe even in the court systems this guy will be forced to take much of the responsibility for actually drinking a drink that "tasted funny". Makes you wonder if there is more to this story than was reported, something that would give the guy some credit. I hope he doesn't see a dime from this, but like many cases it may be settled out of court. That would be a shame.

Stevia is the bomb. the stevia be exact same sweetness like powdered sugar real nice a soft. And Stevia DOES NOT GET ABSORBED since not accepted by the body as no sugar. Go look this up. I have done my research. No matter what anybody hears the Stevia be side effect free one hundred percent! Stevia plants take hardly any effort to grow the container look nice of siting on the deck of anywhere.
