Any person who drives a scooter or a trainer with wheels needs a driver course. If your not balanced and you have a weight problem with balance you have to adjust the weight balance with the speed in order to control the machine you operate. You must walk before you run in other words start out small build up your balance and cordination them proceed to the next step to drive only feel comfortable if you can keep control of the vehicle. If you have a motorcycle you have never driven one try and take a drivers test for your license 9 times out of 10 you will fail. I took a 750 cc motorcycle for a drivers test and passed, but with my new 1200 cc I couldn`t keep the bike balanced or in control, only after one years experience I was assured I could drive it safely and even then the bike you ride controls you always respect it, and it will respect you unless you decide to be a dare devil, and they drive at risk, one hand crusing along etc. Be wise and safty always comes first and if you trust other motorist your insane.

In this country you have to go through compulsory basic training (involving written and riding tests) before even riding a moped, if you read the story someone has been charged with driving offences in relation to the incident, no matter how good your training is if a car hits you or something slippery is on the roadsurface you are in the lap of the gods. The latest proposal for consideration is for all riders to wear air-bag jackets.
