Does anybody have any feedback on what it is like working for Kraft? Does anybody know what salary grade 10 means? Thanks!

Salary grade 10 is a salaray between 55-65K unless it has been changed.

Kraft has gotten rid of almost anyone who knows anything about their business. They work people to burnout and there's absolutely no loyalty from them - usually not even a pat on the shoulder. I tell anyone I meet who's thinking of getting a job there to RUN the other direction
