Mr. Stevens, owner of Keystone Automotive in LaVerkin, is the subject of many complaints directed to the code enforcement department of St. George. Mr. Stevens continuously uses his residential lot to house disabled vehicles from his automotive repair business such as, cars, trucks, RVs, trailers, etc. at the corner of Pioneer and Man-o-War.
