I am an African American and long time customer of key. Today, Jason (employee # KCP2447) of Kebank's credit card customer service was about as rude as one could get regarding a mistake made by key on my credit card bill. I have the impression that he figured out my ethnicity and proceeded down a very negative path, never seeking to resolve a simple problem. perhaps employees like Jason, a Manager in customer service, could use sensitivity training.
