Walgreens, Marvel look to form a super-team

Marvel Entertainment Inc. and Walgreen Co. signed a deal to create a line of toys and food products based on Marvel's superhero characters, including Spider-Man , Iron Man and the Hulk.

great! more flimsy chinese imports flooding their shelves and then choking our landfills. i would be more impressed if walgreens made at least a half-hearted attempt to source their products from american manufaturers.

I got really nostalgic several years ago when Walgreens was licensed by Universal Pictures to market several kid-oriented brand items under names of cartoon characters like Woody Woodpecker and Chilly Willy. Those images sent my mind racing back to when I was all of six years old and going to the movies.

Typical plot by King Rich. Marvel creates kids merchandise about people with pagan super powers, and walgreens,(Which sells abortion pills) sells them to kids, and King Rich taxes them and makes a huge profit. WHY WON'T PEOPLE WAKE UP??

Crazy, but funny. Highly unlikely that Walgreens will have any of those products made in the USA. With the amount of mark-up on the items if they were made in the US, they would have to be sold at Neiman Marcus! Pricey!
