Hampstead, Md. JoS. A. Bank Clothiers said Wednesday it will test a tuxedo rental business in 5% of its stores beginning in January, in an effort to expand its offerings to wedding parties.

This is a cash cow that initially helps but it slowly erodes customer service and become a burden to commission sales people. You cannot take care of your retail customer when you have a party of eight getting fitted for a wedding.
