Interesting article. You are hearing about this more often then not. I have a large shopping center in Texas that I am trying to refinance....credit tenants, great history, etc....but I have never had to jump through more hoops. Underwriting has gotten so tight that everything and anything takes longer than expected.

Thanks for the great article.....www.wealthlifeline s.com

My name is Copelon J. Kirklin. I work with several private funding groups that are looking to assist with projects that may need funding or are halted due to the current economic conditions.

Due to the regulatory group that our funding comes from, we are unable to divulge who the lender is until the NCND has been executed and forwarded to the lender.

With all of the information completed on the submission form, and other required documentation available to submit a complete package, you are then in position to speak with the head underwriter and head of compliancy about the capabilities and capacity to fund projects from various focal points, ranging from green projects, real estate, technology, as well as humanitarian efforts. Our lender is budget $20 Billion every month to fund projects, so there basically is no project we cannot help facilitate. Also, there are NO UPFRONT FEES. I sincerely hope we can be of assistance.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Capricorn

Get together with someone you respect and admire because you'll really enjoy their company. The conversation could soon turn to highly personal areas, yet there won't be any hesitation in talking straight from the heart. At some point you'll be in the mood to think about your New Year resolutions. Maybe you should write them in next year's diary so you can keep referring to them.
