This is what passes for a feel-good moment in the business world today. The stock market has clawed its way back from its March lows, a bunch of economic indicators have turned positive, and now comes word that the situation with the biggest banks may be less alarming than previously feared.

Colin Dyer has massively vested interests.
There is no evidence that "we are bumping along the bottom" or that "Next year and the year after, however, "will be vintage years for buying real estate,"

What a load of nonsense and wishful thinking.
Are we supposed to swallow what this salesman says?

How much useful advice has come from the real estate industry over the last few years, apart from how to destroy your wealth?

Talk the market up all you like, it won't make a difference...

president b.o. says we should all put on the happy face because the sky is not falling. this is all b.s. the market is not done falling. home prices will never get that high again.
