I'm really glad to hear that Linda Gross won the case against J&J. While she may not be able to turn back time and go back to how her health used to be, at least she gets to be compensated for all the injuries that she may have gone through, and the suffering that her husband and family may have endured from this experience as well. I also read from bladderslingrecall.us that other device manufacturers are also facing legal challenges because of problems related to their mesh products. Let's hope that others who may have advanced with a legal action also get the compensation they deserve.

The victory of Linda Gross coupled with that of Christine Scott in California, is very encouraging to the thousands of women injured by vaginal mesh devices. Right now there are over 15,000 cases pending against 5 vaginal mesh manufacturers.More are expected to be filed in the coming months. For updates and details about this, you may visit www.vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/vaginal-mesh/...

This is encouraging news to other women who may have also decided to pursue a legal case against J&J or other mesh manufacturers. Reports from bladdermeshlawsuit.us/ transvaginal-mesh-lawsuits/ say that C.R. Bard may be next. A trial involving a mesh-related lawsuit against the company is due in three months.

Vaginal mesh have been seen to work and give relief to a lot of patients. Although there have been successful surgical treatments, cases of Side Effects & Complications have also been reported to arise from these devices. Ask your surgeon for the risks associated with these devices before the surgery, and what you need to do to possibly avoid these potential complications. There are articles at http://www.rotlaw.com/transvaginal-placement-... that may be of great help to you.
