And this is exactly why kids need to be told fact, in a straightforward and honest manner, early in life! The amount of bizarre and just plain wrong information I heard other girls talking about in school, when I knew how things really work, was just frightening. I usually MYOB but sometimes I just had to speak up and tell them "no that's not right, you CAN get pregnant if you do it underwater, or after midnight" – no wonder there are so many young girls lives messed up by unwanted babies! Once again I have to say, thank you, thank you, thank you mom and dad!
