I am working as a network administrator in Argentina and we have some external consultants from Chile who want to use Juniper Networks. When the want to install the vpn client they claim they need permission as administrators. We d like to know if we have to give administratorís permissions to this people for installation only and which permissions do these people need to use the client software when the product is installed and they have already used it once.
I am looking forward to your answer
