If you want to control ejaculation you must contract PC muscle when you feel youre gonna cum! Contract the damn thing so hard while youre cumming! This contracting must be continuous not contract by contraction. This will stop your sperm from going to prostate. A little bit of preejac. fluid, a drop or two is inevetable. After that long contraction feelings subside!!! You can throb, do what ever you want, your brain is in a cooldown state. After a while erection becomes stronger, longer and when you reach cumming point, contract and hold!!! THAT IS THE CURE!!!

One thing to do that will help with the contractions is, while you're urinating, stop your pee in mid stream. Then go and stop. This may feel wired but you're wroking the muscles that you'll need for contraction in the bedroom. Working kegal muscles will help and make sure that when you get to the point that you fell you're gonna blow, control breathing (very important) long slow deep breathes and concentrate on contraction. This isn't an overnight fix but it will help
