thanks for posting a quick easy way to keep up to date on the trial in NJ...lets hope and pray A Slater wins a decent settlement and sets a fair precedent so women can get desperately needed skilled medical help they may not be able to afford with job loss when they can no longer work..........if the defendents continue to imply Ms. Gross refused chronic pain management so she could hang on to her pain for compensation I hope the jury is as appalled as any of us are at that low blow!!! jerks...obviously they do not realize the extent of pain women are suffering!!!

I just read this today that the J&J lawyers wanted to say the plaintiff was crazy, the judge won't allow it. They must be hiding a lot.

Whoever is marking the meshmedicaldevicenews desk as SPAM has a severe problem. I am in no way affiliated with the site but it is the only site giving OUTSTANDING and SUPERB updates on the trial in NJ. Being that there are some here that charge money to give advice and they WERE CALLED OUT properly. I am assuming it is them doing this spam marking of an informative site.

Grow up.

Mesh slings have been reported to cause more harm than good in patients who have received them. We can only hope that they get the compensation they deserve for all the physical and emotional challenges they have been faced with. There is information at http://www.bladderslingrecall.us on issues surrounding vaginal or bladder slings. It could be a good reference for people concerned and interested.
