'Dust devil' blows away city recycle station

I'm certain that dust devil was the direct result of the sonic boom epidemic now consuming every waking moment in the Tularosa Basin. I say it's a sign, an omen, if you will. There is no good that will come of this, it is the work of...well...the DEVIL. They are going to wake the dead!!! AAAAAHHHHHH!

Haven't heard of any other damage from this dirt devil.

Couldn't possibly be because of shoddy construction that the thing fell about could it?

The neighbor across the street had a huge limb stripped from a tree so I know the wind was gusting pretty hard at times. Of course, poor construction may have also contributed to its demise.
