JCP&L to reduce rates as of March 1
A rate reduction for customers of Jersey Central Power and Light will go into effect on March 1, with projected savings of just more than $41 per year for the average residential customer.

That's great for the many customer who pay their bills unfortunately you have people who claim they cannot due to health problems and just scam the system they take from the system and they feel that are entitled to do so. They are just plain lazy and don't want to work for anything they just want everyone else to pay their way believe me I see it where I live they claim health problems and are just as capable of working as I am. Stop falling for every sad story that come your way. I am tired of working and paying for their lazy way. I have a neighbor that does this all the time. Believe me she has claimed every kind of assistance available from cheating the welfare system to food stamps,medicaid, until she got caught, all because she feels she's entitled.
