sale.especially over the internet. they make the sale. cancel the sale.at this point your money has been spent(stolen).then they cancel the order and have the refund checks mailed to themselves(friends/family members).they cash the check. your money has been stolen and you do not receive your merchandise.it is a fact. tamika jones and d martin are jc penny employees.and they are all in on the scam. jc penny exec's are to uninformed(dumb) to have realized how their JCP corp is being used for this scam.it is a fact.

Get yourself and your temper under control. You don't go putting people's names on the internet and making acusations that you can't prove. If there is a problem then file a complaint with the BBB like a proper citzen should do. When you start letting your temper get the best of you and start lashing out at people nothing you have to say will be taken seriously. Get a grip!

What are you talking about employees getting refund "checks" from jcp? Never heard of checks being issued. Plus, it doesn't take much to trace any fraud like that, even if that were true. I have seen many former employees try all sorts of fraudulent activities like that and all I could think was how stupid of them to not think they would get caught. That was many years ago long before they had the technology they have now to be even better at catching dishonest people.

well heres a obvious scam coming... with associates roaming the store checking people out, some thieves could also roam the store passing themselves off as associates collecting credit card info from their smartphones. Once crooks pull this another of rons crackpot ideas will hurt sales again. no one wants to shop at places with insecure credit card handling
it was better to have hard wired checkouts.

I purchased clothing online, but did not receive one of the items ordered. I called customer service and was offered to have the missing item shipped or refunded; I chose to have it shipped. Then the nightmare began. First, I was charged a second time for the entire order. The I was charged separately for the missing item. I called customer service and they claimed I would have to wait 5 more business days to see the correct charges. Did that and no change, no item received. Bottom line, I paid for the missing item three times, never got it, and JCPenny thinks the appropriate resolution is for me to ask my bank why.
