The core customers we used to have are long gone. Most have moved on to Macy's or khol's. They have been alienated. The new styles are not for them. They are geared toward the younger generation. The ones who don't have expendable income. Women love their coupons! I think the women of America had the final say.
No coupons-No JCP.
