harassment

I was an johnson control employee for the past 10 months. I was terminated from my position for reporting my branch manager for harassment. He had been threating me to fire me if I did not sign a performance document. Which was not fair to me. The harassment was reported on a friday afternoon and come Monday morning I was terminated from my position. Is this how a so called company treats its employees. This incident was handle so unprofessional by the branch manager and install manager.

I hope you have found a job by now. But in the long run, you are a lot better off. I wonder what the turn over for employees are for the good-for-nothing company.
