well to quote the song from U2, "meet the new boss....the same as the old boss". reality check, very few corporations today hold their employee's in higher regard than the feces they flush on a daily basis, get use to it and they love it when you gripe and complain.

Even if Quad lowers our wages to the rest of Merced Counties wages ..you know we all will stay..so what if forklift drivers get topped out at 8.00 a hour..OP1 13.00 a hour you know we all will stay..lmao even when they fire all of us and send us to a temp service to be called back with out benefits we will come back...right it's not the money it is the love of good management... 13.00 a hour is high wages for Merced County. I hope Quad doesn't take note.

Real smart talking about trying to vote in a Union....it wont work but it is most likley a good way for you to be looking for another job; If joel is anything like his father he will shut your plant down if you even try it. Quadwatch is an exemployee whos pissed at the company, dont you guys have people like that too i would bet so seeing as there are people like that everywhere!

I wonder why Revolutionist doesn't have his own hate site against WC if he hates it so much?? No one is listening to his rants here. I guess if he WAS smart enough to create his own web site, then he'd be smart enough to QUIT WC/Quad and find some kind of job that makes him happy. One with a union to hide behind. One with a union that protects it's employees based on seniority, and not the contributions that are made as a hard working employee. Yep. The biggest, laziest windbags are always crying about a union. That's because they would not have a job at a non union shop. It might require actual hard work with minimal bitching. Keep it up Mr. Revolutionist. You will be on the unemployment train soon enough.( I bet that pays less than those crappy, non union wages you keep talking about!)

There is a reason for everything.. As for you telling me to create my own web site, Why is this some kind of Union forum for a union of people you are uniting against my solutions offered. As for the wages a reason for that also ..you have no one that can mediate for your wages. Instead of attacking, try to understand your own problems you are facing. I speak of solutions never offered. You rant daily about being scheduled to many days yet working only 2 of those days..You speak of favoritism I support those claims..I support the claims of bad management also..just because you don't agree you don't have to exclude a person. Do you not see why things never change for you and only get more unfavorable for you..you're minds are immured to new ideas..thinking you are safe in a comfort zone if you repel new ideas with old intuitions. The scenario about comparing existing wages of the surrounding area is not far fetched. Having no one to mediate your wages is a real scenario. Trying to exclude me is not a solution your problems will still exist.

When you are let go and return as a temp don't blame me. When your wages are lowered to Merced County wages as low as 8.00 a hour for forklift. 13.00 for an operator 1. Don't blame me because all you did is blame me and took no action to find someone to mediate a contract for your positions. When Quad contracts with a new customer offering a 16 page insert for the cost of 11 cents they will meet that by reducing labor cost. All to bring in business, that's good for you right..keep the company running? At your expense, Or maybe you can walk in and renegociate your wages one individual at a time. As you are leaving they are hiring someone else that will do the job for the money they are offering. With out a Union you have nothing only the scraps they throw at you. Come on it is nothing personal just business .. need to keep it open to make top dollar for the lazy management with only general knowledge of you speciality positions
