I missed the round table meeting today. I wanted to complain about HR their tactics. Merced Color World HR main player is a very Passive┬ľaggressive person, to the point of being an obstructionist to the truth. This individual in my mind comes across as a sadistic defence mechanism derived from the Freudian psychoanalytic theory, using psychological strategies to cope with reality of a grievance or illegal actions to maintain self-image of the company.I guarantee you, you will not get justice. Everytime I leave the HR Office I am thinking of verse (Mark 15:34)'Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?' and not any where never thinking of verse (Luke 23:34)Because this individual does know what they are doing...a disservice to you. PS the picture pervert still works there and is still on nights...If to terminate this individual HR thinks that it may show signs of a serious offense and ensue litigation but in my mind that my be just the justice the victim seeks.

If the "victim" never goes to HR then in their eyes it didn't happen. You expect them to do something about a problem off of your word that the victim(s) are upset by what was done. A grievance can only be brought by the person that is the victim. Not saying it isn't wrong what was done, also not saying your union, if you have one can do anything, lord knows ours can't. So if they aren't willing to go to HR then it pretty much didn't happen according to HR.

i know he has tattoos but i have never really checked them out. i will have to see. i work sat night so i wil check it out. and the drivers were awfully quite mon-wed night. except for the one who just came to nights hes always loud even on days loli guess he came to nights cause one of the other drivers couldn't get along with all those other bone heads! done blame him. lol

No the other driver was removed against his will. Because he was stand up against the bone heads on nights and the Bald Headed shipping supervisor doesn't really have the mental capacity a tool needed to deal with personnal issues. And was damaging that driver by blaming the driver for all the problems of his crew. That driver was tired of doing the other guys work and reporting them for taking hour lunches sometimes three lunches a night. The supervisor didn't know how to confront the other drivers about the complaints. So the supervisor found it easier to attack the driver doing the complaining. That driver will be back on nights soon and is filing a complaint with the states fair housing and equal employment about the abuse of this supervisor and the pictures that were sent to him. He is the one that reported the pervert taking the pictures. The driver that went to days wanted to quit but was informed that he didn't have to quit to file a complaint to just try and stick it out as long as he could. He almost left when they moved him to days. That driver by law can leave the company not quit but leave under what is called "constructive discharge" and or under a clause in the equal rights amendment called "Retaliation" where if he turns someone in for a act of harassment. he should not be harassed or demoted or reassigned..he was reassigned to days..He see this move as a move of retaliation. He was moved against his will. the "GUY" who was reported taking the pictures tried to threaten and intimidate that driver moved to days. The driver that reported the "GUY" is not afraid of the "GUY" or he would of never reported him in the first place. The driver had to report the "GUY" again for trying to threaten him and trying to intimidate him. In reality the "GUY" who took the pictures should of been moved to days..he needs increased surveillance.

so let me get this straight the gentleman who turned in the "guy" for taking the pics got moved to days against his will cause the sup would not resolve the problem? so thats why he is on days now? ahh got it. the one that came to nights to cover the one who went to days said he was punished and they put him on nights he said that yes they didn't get along and that he thought it would last only a week or two and he was mad he had to go to nights cause the sup couldn't take care of the problem.
everyone but the perve got screwed.

Thats right Merced Gurl...the Pervert is still on nights. now to more victims because of his perversion...and the supervisors lack of controlling him. That night supervisor doesn't even do what the manager wants him to do. That supervisor has had it out for the driver that was moved to days. They should move two drivers to days that "GUY" and his driver girlfriend "NOEL" you always see them together. The supervisor knows the job, he just can't get a handle on the people he needs to get a handle on. That "GUY" and his girlfriend "NOEL" are the two drivers that totally abuse everything...abuse co workers by disappearing..and taking long lunches and or breaks...they maybe work a total of 2 hours out of 11..they just throw all the stock on the lines and never think ahead. You come back from break or lunch it is like you left and no one was even there covering you..that driver that went to days asked them to do their job and he will do his and he will not do theirs period. That driver that went to days will not do their work for them or cover for them when they go missing in action. The girlfriend "NOEL" has a side business and moving him to days would give him new customers and more hours to sell his products on the streets instead of in the plant on company time
