With printing a dying industry we will soon only be able to have one main company in Canada. Have two and they both won't make enough to stay afloat!!

To answer the statements from “Curieux”, the Existentialist and I do not have the same mother.
Therefore, we are 2 separate individuals. I think I know who he is. However, to respect the anonymity of this forum, I’ll keep my suspicions to myself.

Does that answer your questions “Curieux”?

Merry Christmas, if you get offended by that, and prefer Happy Holiday.
Too bad it’s Merry Christmas!!!

Does anyone have more info on what's going on with HR?
I've heard that QG can't do nothing anymore. Their hands are tied.
Some how they need to stop the exodus of experience people!

Still waiting for the Competition Bureau of Canada decision on the sale. Aurora bindery is going back to 5 day work week and there have been layoffs to make room for this. We are lucky to get two days work a week on continental shift.

Everyone posting is just guessing. No one really knows for sure but some things just make sense. There is no pad being installed for any press in any location. This will take time to work out but duplication will be eliminated.

Look for Sales, accounting, customer service to move first. Then plants running below capacity that could be absorbed into existing Transcon plants.

Edmonton and Concord should be safe as they are busy Plants.
