We need to educate OUR U.S. kids and kick the illegals out. We don't need more taking jobs that belong to our people!

Americans lost out on 5 million jobs they were offered because the idiot Tea Party hates college, hates reading books, did not send their kids to college, so now we have a dumbed down under-educated population that can't take its own jobs. Now we have to bring engineers and scientists here from Europe because Europeans valued higher education instead of depending on religion, whereas Americans overly depended on religion and denied themselves proper education. All the tea party cares about is what did Hannity or Beck say today, now we pay the price. Our people cannot take their own jobs due to lack of education and lack of intelligence.

When Bush let all the manufacturing jobs go to China, he assumed our people were going to college and would be taking the higher paying jobs. Nope. They were sitting around in the fly over states getting fat and lazy and dumbed down. This is how we got the idiot tea party - lack of education and hyper dependency on man made gods. This is what believing in fake gods and not valuing education and science will get you. Keep it up. The U.S. is almost third world already from the masses getting so dumbed down.

You're partly right.

The educational opportunities are there, you just have to take away the Xboxes, Wii's, cell phones, facebook, etc. so the kids have ti me to actually learn something.

Of course, having the time means little if they haven't the incentive and that seems to be sadly lacking in the younger generation.

I agree with the statement about the illegals, but this article refers to legal immigrants, not illegals.
