This whole think stinks. In the pix and videos there were dozens of cops near the finish line and cameras everywhere and not a single one noticed that there were "suspicious" looking people leaving packages, until after the fact. K9's weren't set up at entry points to sniff for explosives.

Where are all the DHS$$ going?
