As in Cassidy Age Discrimination Article, employeers should be allowed to dump older workers to retain a low average age of employees. I'm with Intel on this, they should be allowed to keep a low average employee age target of 33 years old. It takes HR allot of work to do this with a company base of 90,000 employees.

Go Intel!

May be they should be able to get rid ofr employees that get to fat. Get rid of some emplyees if there are too many gay. Get rid of employees if too many of them are black. keep it white, right, and bright.

I have sued any company daring to try age discrimination against me and I've greatly enjoyed having my lawyers grab huge chunks of their money.

As far as I'm concerned, companies should fire everyone under 45 because their knowledge levels are grossly inferior on average to what those of us who are over 45 have.

If anyone tries age discrimination against you, learn how to setup a company by sending in "testers" (both older & younger applicants who are on your payroll for this purpose) and work with a good age discrimination lawyer. When possible, have multiple older applicants all sue at once.

To the poster who said "Go Intel", I hope you try this with me and I sue and get to push you out onto the street where you belong.
