... would definitely go with the laptop that has faster processor as I don't want to be stuck with a outdated laptop in 3 years.
If you are really looking for build quality,
then go with a business class laptop.
My friends dell D610 still works great but some tech drop the letter D for the Letter H dealing with problems.
Some complain against Toshiba is their power supply connection in the motherboard tends to break.
Other than that, all computer parts are made in China, so you can't expect durability ....
