There is no reason for businesses or home consumer to buy a new computer.
Unless it is a want, not a need.
My five year old computers and laptops all run fine on Windows 7.
I did upgrade their ram, video ram and harddrives - which with ebay was as simple as a click of the mouse.

I agree the PC is made to run for a long while no need to keep up with the rapid change of the technology .. keep up your computer by just adding some parts like memory and video card and it should run smooth and shop for the parts here http://www.capital-remarketing.com
