Insituform vows fight to reinstate $7.7M AIG judgment

AOL

INSU has no right to this claim. They provided sub-standard material and practices. Tried to fix the leaks....still leaked. Tried to fix their leaks in the "new" insituform coating....Still leaked. Pulled the tube out and then followed the engineers specification, worked better. Who is to blame? Besides, Insituform was negligant and still made a profit...What a great country. Now they feel they can rob the excess insurance carrier and my tax dollar?
