Amazing. The Courant can't even edit the article, or publish their own, to mention that the company has a presence in Windsor. What a schlock o operation the Courant is.

We shouldn't put all our hope in the government. The more power the government has the more we will slide away from democracy. We need to keep our free market system and the freedom of speech. And above all the right to bare arms. We have the right to take our own government down if we so choose.

You are spot on about the right to bare arms. This is a very important right and distinguishes us from folks in Saudi Arabia, who must keep their limbs covered at all times.

Oh Lord, I first saw this and thought it said the "IRS" was cutting 750 jobs! That would be termed a massive layoff, at least for the government. For the overtaxed private industries though, losing 750 jobs in a day is called "A good start".

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Scorpio

Something about your personality or appearance is drawing a lot of attention today, Scorpio. People insist on watching when you'd rather that they minded their own business. Your stubborn streak at a time when flexibility would be easier. Be kind to those with long memories, especially if you think you might run into them again at some point in your life. If you can't think of anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
