Excuse Service Provider

Today my wide attempted reducing out >$200.00/month bill by reducing our service. She was mis-informed by a representative. being assured a specific channel would not be deleted, removing channels we seldom, if ever, watch would result in a small savings. It was removed.
When I called to have it reinstated the price went up $3.00!!
I will speak with my council person, members of council at large and the Mayor's Office. We need a second option!!
