The DSMs are riding all of the routes. Why do they need to ride them when all they talk about is how much time they spend in the market? Makes me wonder what they really do with all of their time...hmmmmmm....

Maybe the Sweetbay account reps and convience store reps should go on route rides too. Thats the reason why our stale is out of control. Lets put this new software to good use and head straight to ground zero. By the way, where is our handhelds at?

Our DSM is headed to Memphis to help with the roll out of Path To Market in March. Can this really work in the bread business with a 7 day code?

Lots of brutal talk here makes a new guy nervous. What is the issue with path to market? Why are you so down on the convenience store guys? Seems pretty negative out there, whats the deal?

The people currently using a form of path to market, I.E. Pepsi, Frito lay says it will not work with our product, that it does not work well with theirs, but we know this company will spend whatever it takes to try and prove them wrong and loose customers along the way.

Your either gonna have to much or to little. Path to market will only work in accounts that will let you keep backstock. But again we are not selling fresh product. What we are doing is selling to the backroom. Craig Young, and who ever drank the juice, better sober up quick cause this ship will be going down if you go to path to market.

I can only see Path To Market ( and what does that mean, really ?) working in supercenters like Wal Mart. And then, I don't see it being very efficient. I believe in trying new things and not always doing things " the same old way " but this makes no sense to me.

All this garbage about path to market is a front untill our union contract expires in 2011. After that, if our doors are still open they are gonna try to get some money for the routes. Thats if the Orlando bakery and other bakeries like them put a little pride in what they are sending us. A little Natures Pride™. No serious, who is in charge of quality control up there? Maybe its cause of the 10 dollars a week you took from them there acting out in rebellion. Just think if they lost $135+ a week the kind of damange they could do. Enough with the lies and just tell us the truth.
