This is awesome news. Sure, we all know that concessions are being made, and of course, I hate the idea of losing so much of my ( our ) base pay. But having a stable job with a stable company is worth a lot right now in thses times. Also, you have to hope that with the bankruptcy issue removed, we as a company will be able to be more assertive with marketing, sales initiatives, etc..and with that will be growing our sales.

I wonder with us being a stable stand alone company are we still getting new handhelds or better yet newer trucks.

I own some shares of IBC. Does anyone know what is happening to/for the stockholders? IBCIQ has been pulled from the market.

I hope all is good but as of Mar 12,2009 company may still be liquid Bizjournals.com/cincinnati/stories/
it will pay unsecured creditors 194 million. IBC will sell rights to Hostess! Pensacola,Fl is a example all the SDAs for Pepperidge Farm own rights for those line items!!!!!If you own class A or Ba stock you be payed all others will not be paid8964

international brotherhood of Teamsters wants company liquidated also. not out of woods yet and as it looks now have a exit plan A and B if you work for IBC. I hope they emerge stronger than before but I think the fat lady is about to sing her heart out. good luck to you guys

IBC is still a dying company and will be bought by a competitor. I hope they sell your routes off so you guys can start making some money for a change.
