Where are the courts and this bankruptcy judge who over saw negotiations on the contracts. Everything had to be approved by the judge. Now comes Jung and all his ideas.$75,000.00 a month to figure out how to steal money and benefits (that we have earned) from the people who do the work. Who's approving all this. Here's an idea! Go out sale something to the customers, besides this lame idea to us.
TEAMSTERS STAY STRONG BCTGM STAY STRONG
NO concessions Sept. 30 They can concede!
They need to take every union and dissolve them all. A union has to but in and stick their nose where it doesn t belong. That's why FLOWERS FOODS is Union FREE!!!!! We wouldnt have it any other way...IBC might would have had a chance without the union. They might be wise to shut every thing down...bust the union from with in.....and then open back up without the union present with Independent Distributor routes.

Yeah and it would be just like the Flowers guys here. They wonder every week if this is their last. No reps for rack resets. Some Flowers manager shows up once in a blue moon. Anyway BUNNY is just a label that everybody owns-- IBC Kroger Lewis
etc..... it's just a label.

Bunny Bread? Not like it is a major player here.As for closing and reopening..that might be an option to the comapny but to do that they would have to be a totally different company and give up their branded and known labels..not much chance of that happening. We have a CEO who is paid what the total profit for a mnth is..his croonies make way to much and all are promised all the executive perks down the road, All the execs pay should be based on performance and results...if we dont produce they write us up, fire us, the problems with IBC lays with management and the Direction they have taken the company ever since Sullivan encouraged the investors to oust Robert Hatch and put him in Charge.

If that happens that'd be about the best case scenario. With Pepsi's money that would certainly cure alot of woes. Is Pepsi unionized? If not, that might spell some things out too.

Well we will see how the court hearing goes today and what the ruling is.
Jung step down...we could hope but more than likely he will just side step the issues and prsent another or other options just as he did when he first started pushing owner routes and then dropped it when faced with opposition from his own management and the fact that drivers wouldnt pay the price...Heres to hoping IBC comes out of this at least mostly intact and with the oppurtunity to once again be the leader in our industry,

Bunny is here to be a player...I B C can kiss my tail. All other vendors have suffered when I B C has made mistakes. New rules must be put in place when they do wrong. Not all I B C drivers are bad...but most of them are. Look who is going nose up.

You got to be kidding. UNIONS are a joke. A union cries if it don't get their way. All unions have done is to put people out of jobs.. When has the union ever cared what it members want or need. All they listen to is the majority...what about the minority of the union members....I believe they suffer just like any one else.

I believe that everyone here needs to take a step back. I have a huge stake in what happens with IBCIQ. I am not an employee or a manager or the spouse of either. I have read what the company has asked of the teamsters and the unionized employees. The answer is simple, would you rather spend $20.00 towards your health insurance, or hold out for that $20.00 bucks and no longer have a paycheck because you listened to the union (teamsters) that told their unionized employees not to worry because IBCIQ would not get an extension - which proved to be incorrect information.
IBCIQ will be around - they have a strong following of their products - even though their overhead is high. They are trying to correct that problem now, it takes all sides to correct this issue - not just management. Yes, I believe that executives pay scale is high - but if they can turn this company around - aren't they worth it? In every company there are issues, if all parties will come together and work towards the one goal of bringing this company out of the hole then all will be the happier.

Sweetie,
Talk to your dad. I can't give you any answers as to what will happen with IBCIQ. I can tell you that I have faith that the company will survive. It could take the shape of the company as it is now or it could take on a new shape all together with drivers having to purchase their truck and route - an independent driver for the company. If I were in charge of the company, that is the route that I take (just like "Lance") At the present time, the outlets and the drivers are competing against each other. The stocks for IBCIQ are all over the place with the high for the 52 week at $4.96 and the low for the 52 week at .28 cents. That is a big difference in a twelve month period. I track IBCIQ daily and have alerts for the company, any news that comes out concerning the company, I have the information.
I do believe they will survive, but please talk to your dad if you have questions about his job/career with IBCIQ.

Wison, It isnt 20.00 a week healthcare if that was all their was too it it would have been over with, their is more to what the company wants than just healthcare and concessions were offered and the company turned them down, as for independant routes that was talked about and discarded, if that was the best way everyone in the industry would be doing it.Their is more to the problems with IBC than is in print , it is not because of unions and it is not whole due to management. This is a good company and it will come out of this , perhaps smaller but stronger.

What happens to the issued stock if they do survive? IBCIQ will most likely become IBC??? and we will lose evvery penny we have in this company. They will re-issue under a different symbol. We get worthless paper. Do you have any reason to believe otherwise? I have over 50000 shares and hung on to this pony... HI HO SILVER (as in $$$) AWAY!!!
