It figures that a IBC employee started this blog with the vote up top. It seems that Merita will be WONDERing if they will have a job by the end of the year. So when this happens...you have the Union to blame.

i guess we will be wondering if we will have a job or not when we come back.I thought about it a couple of times like when I was on one of my few paid vacation's, and also at the doctor's office filling in my insurance information. So I guess your right. I was thinking about going to the darkside, what kind of benefit package do you guys offer??

Who is MRS Bairds? And what does that have to do with the position we are in? IBC will not be selling the routs. They will also remain as one company.

IBC will not be selling routes off, the proposal was floated and reject by both the union and then the company as a path we would not go down.Their isnt even the right to sell them in the current proposal, down the road?who knows?

The teamsters put it to us.The salesman, loaders,
truck drivers and stale store people are all on the same contract. The salesman made up only 20%.
They cut only $20.00 from the 80% people and thats
why the vote pasted. They new they could fool the $20.00 people to pass our 20%. They new just the right way to get the vote to pass.A BIG JOKE is what the union is.........Sweetwater

They only cut $10 a week from our loaders and they are bitching over that. Try giving up $110.
