ok if you cant sue the company why cant the workers sue the guys running the place they have taken all of the money what is there net worth i say we take from them and see how they like it lets do company wide personel lawsuit aimed at the top 6 we all know they very rich and need to be brought down really how much $$$ do they have in off shore accounts that no one is looking into take them out &put the dolly madison head back in charge these other guys are a bunch of crooks

ok lets take all of the bakeries divide them into 6 factions each one going after one of the top six running this company find a lawyer that believes in the AMERICAN DREAM and wipe out corporate greed i think we all know whats going to happen AMERICA will become A INDUSTRIALIZED THIRD WORLD COUNTRY i say we the people not only hostess but every body affected by this some will lose their homes & cars and this country will suffer because there wont be any money for homes yes maybe mobile homes we wont be able to afford them auto makers wont sell new cars because the money was taken from the AMERICAN DREAM & TURNED INTO A AMERICAN PHUCKING NIGHTMARE

Are you a Teamster MrBob? Did you read what Hostess filed with the courts about how much money they are asking for to keep paying all the top dogs salaires and bonuses? Ludicrous :o, makes ya want to draw and quarter the A holes.

The IBT will give up the pension before they give up about $5,000,000 a year in dues.

@ Andy, bottom line, the employees/IBT members are not going to go for that...their may be some room for modifications in the pensions, but not going for giving up totally what so many have stuck so many years into...good and bad with this company, and a lot of bad lately.

Don't be so sure. The IBT had no problem recommending that the RSR's give up $6,500 a year last time around. And the fact of the matter is, many pension funds have been poorly managed and suffered unnecessary losses as a result. Ours at local 734 included. I have no problem managing my own retirement fund. Rayburn is right. Why should he agree to fund bad pensions with his money?
