Such negativity coming from all our competitors concerning Natures Pride. Never truly realized how much animosity exists between our competitors toward us. How sad that so few try and speak for the masses.

IBC mismanagement is the key to success. They lie and have no team building skills at all. It is really quite sad. You can have the best product in the world and that won't even matter when you have piss poor management.

You got that right. Iv seen and heard almost everything needed to account for the mistakes someone else makes..I just dont get how some can get away with telling lies to account for losses. Here in Seattle they are still working the people into the ground with overtime and sales are down ..realy down. the big shots come in and do a quick look around and say "Job well done"... It was one of the most disfunctional business around and still ..the doors are still open.Im surprised no one has gotten sick or died from the filthy habbits this Cake shop has. When its reported of employees taking a dump and not washig hands and the report is dismissed Shame on you Matt for letting that go

Just wondering if they are hiring in Jacksonville, florida? I worked for IBC in 2001 for a couple of years now considering going back is the insurance still good? I worked my tail off. But, it paid well. What is the scoop now? Sara Lee was taking over when I was in altlanta with the private label stuff. Just wondering how low the market is now. Thanks for you in put!! Linda
