THE U.S. GOVERNMENT DOES NOT WANT TO ADMINISTER HEALTHCARE FOR HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF ITS CITIZENS AND HUMANA IN ITS TRICARE CAPACITY AS WELL AS OTHERS IS A SOLUTION OF BEING A GATEKEEPER AS TO QUALITY,EFFICIENCY AND COST CONTAINMENT WITH A RESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE AND OVERSIGHT TO OUR GOVERNMENT. HUMANA AND OTHERS HAVE THE EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR GROUPS AND HEALTH FACILITIES AND FOLLOWUP AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES. HUMANA AND OTHERS WOULD RESPOND TO FEDERAL AGENCIES,THE CONGRESS AND THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH ON AN ONGOING BASIS.

It doesn't make sense. The contract is up now & those companies who submitted bids are waiting to hear who the new contract has been awarded to.

Humana lost their appeal with TMA but GAO has already ruled in favor of Humana therefore Humana is waiting on further information regarding the contract renewal. This goes the same for Health Net Federal Services.

The military does so much for our country. I think we forget that sometimes. Or at least take it for granted. I think that all of our service people should be recognized in some way.
