Did Mr. Flint Chairman & the Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc SLEEP PEACEFULLY LAST NIGHT?

Why can't Mr. Flint & the Directors act with Courageous Integrity?

Once again I have received a request for help concerning the behaviour of HSBC in India. As Mr. Flint the Chairman and the Board of Directors sleeps peacefully in their beds, how many people around the World cannot sleep peacefully in their beds because of HSBC's behaviour?

I can only talk about what Mr. Flint and the Directors have allowed to take place in India, since the 2010 AGM I have highlighted the unacceptable behaviour of HSBC India to our shareholders and the Board of Directors.

Only to have Mr Flint the Chairman to deny the very serious problems,

Is Mr Flint and the Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc guilty of what maybe one of the biggest abuses of customers in the World?

As major shareholders and Insurance Companies support Mr Flint and his Board of Directors, is it no wonder Mr Flint and the Board of Directors can get away with these abuses of the people in India.

Let me talk about what is going on in India and the thousands of people that have not slept peacefully for many nights not just tonight because of the behaviour of HSBC India.

Falsely registering people with CIBIL (The Chairman stated that is was a invidious irritation to customers when they were registered on CIBIL., is this Chairman just ignorant to what it means when a person is registered on CIBIL) and demanding money with the threat of registering people with CIBIL if they do not pay.

The miss-selling of Credit Cards by their Direct Sales Agents who stated the card was free for life. People not receiving statement for years then HSBC demands money which includes penalty charges, when customers try to complaint they are told pay first then we will deal your complaint.

Refusing to deal with customerís representative of their choice, is this behaviour illegal?

There are very serious questions concerning HSBC and how they apply penalty charges, are they legally applied or did HSBC break the Law when applying these charges?

How many more nights will Mr Flint and the Board of Directors sleep peacefully while the people in India suffer?

Is this the TRUE HSBC Values and their Courageous Integrity?
