Issues with ordering Return Transcript site

For years I was able to visit IRS online website to obtain my Return Transcript such as
Yesterday morning, I was able to get into https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof-tra/start.do and entered my information correctly such SSN, Date of Birth, Address and Zip code. I clicked Continue and it brings me to a next screen. I then selected the tax years 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008 to mail my Return Transcript.
However, around noon, I visited the site again. I tried my information again but I did not notice that one digit of my zip code was incorrect. I hit continue button and it tells me that there is something wrong with my information entered. So, I just clicked continue again 3 times. I then realized that my zip code was wrong and I corrected it and clicked continued button.
The next screen I got was " The information you have entered does not match our records. Please complete Form 4506-T or contact us at 800-829-1040. ".
So, now I am getting the same error message " The information you have entered does not match our records. Please complete Form 4506-T or contact us at 800-829-1040. ", when I enter my correct information on the site https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof-tra/start.do .
I tried it this morning by visiting the site and I still get the same error.
My question is this. Does this site https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof-tra/start.do have some kind of automatic lock that needs to be unlocked by someone? I called the IRS representative yesterday after I can't get into the site anymore and the IRS agent stated that he is not aware of automatic lock of our account or know if there is any specific department that can unlock our account.
Does anybody encountered this problem before? Thanks, Slade

Solved my own question. It seems that there is a 48 hours auto lock if you entered your information incorrectly when trying to retrieve your Account Transcript/Return Transcript online. I am able to visit https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof-tra/start.do and it accepts my information now after waiting for 48 hours.

You must be the lucky one. I have tried after days, weeks and even months. I always get the 24 hour locked, even after 100 hours! I really gave up on this, realizing nobody cares to help. You get all help when its the turn to taking money, but for begging for help with solving this problem, no help at all. Is this just and fair? well, this is rhetorical question to which I sadly don't expect a favorable answer.

Don't feel too bad. I'm going through the exact same thing. My former employer refused to send my W2 and I have no other way to obtain it but by way of mail. I even spoke to the IRS and had them verify my current address. For some reason it works when I enter my old address that I haven't lived at for 8 years. I will pray for you. Know that Jesus loves you and He WILL work this out for you and me too i just the right amount of time!!! My Savior has NEVER FAILED me. God bless and I hope you enjoy your day today!!!:)
