I stupidly gave a very glowing account with HR Block on 5/5/2008. I wish to recant on 5/6/2008.I called those people and was told that if i wanted to spaek to a rep, it would ost me $2.00 i no longer want that DAMN card. Anne in BROOKLYN NY

I am very upset with H&RBlock I was told I could use my emerald card for direct deposits. So I thought if I have direct deposit I will receive the tax settlement this way also. NOT!! I have to wait for a paper check I was counting on that money for a vacation promised to my kids.

Well, I had quite and experience with my card as well. I kept going to the atm. And It would say insufficent funds. But when I called a customer care rep they said I had 500.00 on there. So basically my money was there but I couldn't touch it. I would recommend this card to anyone. No absolutely not. Please take my advise. I would rather pay check cashing fee's. Than go through something like that. The next day I was able to get my money out the atm machine. That's a load of crap.

I hate the idea that there is no atm that does not charge and you have to pay to talk to customer service about your own money!

I had to wait 30 days for the money to be put back on my card.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THE H & R BLOCK CARD. FOr 6 weeks I have been waiting for a refund to my card. I tried to transfer &1100. from my H & R Block Card to my bank account. It never got transferred to my bank account. It is now 6 weeks later, and I have never recieved the money back on my H & R Block card. Everytime I call the H & R Block customer service I have to talk to another person and explain the whole thing again. I am getting treated like I am lying about my money. They are the one's who lost my money. I think they treat their customers terribly. HOW do I get my Money BACK?????????? I don't think that their is anybody their who is competent enough to talk to about getting my money put back on my H & R BLOCK Card? Has anybody had a similar problem with this card? It is unbelievable that I have still not recieved my money back.
