I am having a hard time believing the ownership of a villa is worth it?

$9,000 up front, then $500 a year for maintenance, and I receive 76,000 points to use every other year?

Could you please provide me your insite?

Thank You

Couple things - 1st off, it depends on where you are buying and 2nd, how you vacation. We own a 2Bd lockoff and a 1Bd in Scottsdale and also a 2Bd lockoff in Cancun. We get 322,000 Options every year and we love it!! We bought though primarily for the flexibility. My husband has no desire to ever go to Cancun but we wanted to use the Options to go elsewhere or convert the options to Starwood Points. The Starwood Guest program is the best out there. No blackout dates and if there is a room you get it. I'd be happy to provide more feedback if you wish - email me.
