The quid pro quo approach of locking in "rainmaker" physicians and securing the best supply deals is a bank vault....lowering costs and ensuring profits. This will involve augmenting "Just in Time" supply chain activities particularly as vendor competitive landscape is ever changing resulting in fragmented contracting issues.
