Hi all!

You people at Micronutra. Show the World that you are genuine in your products and will stand by your products. For info your Diamaxol is too good to be true. So why not make a statement and place some information on how your customers can reach you.

By the way i'm still waiting for my second order since Jan 2008.

I placed an order in January 2008. I received it, but the product did not work. I did everything they told me to do to get my refund of $154. They told me to expect my refund in the mail, and now they don't answer their phones. I wouldn't recommend that anyone trust this company!

i dont know what all the fuss is about--i have ordered several bottles of synaptol--they arrived in about 2wks and they worked great for my son who has a.d.h.d--my expereince with micronutra was fine until the f.d.a temporarily shut them down for making overexagerated claims about their diabetic products--when their back online ill be buying synaptol from them again----joe.smidt

It worked for me - my pharmacist was so impressed he ordered to but unfortunately to date has not received same. My first order went to Portugal instead of South Africa but... eventually i had tnt couriers collect for me & was amazed after 1 month my cholesteral was down over 3 points

I ordered a product and used it as directed. When it was not successful I followed the directions on the packing slip for a refund. The directions said nothing about requesting a refund within a certain time limit. I contacted customer service and was told I could not get a refund since it was over 90 days (actually 1 week past 90 days). I said the directions I followed did not state the limit and the response was "It's on our website" They would not make an exception even though in total I had spent $300.00.(was not asking for a refund of all $). I will never order from them again since their policy was not clearly stated on the paperwork I was supposed to save in order to get a refund. Somewhat deceptive.

I HAVE THE PRODUCTS FOR SALE IN MY STORE AND HAVE TRIED TO REORDER. I HAVE HAD VERY FEW COMPLAINTS FROM PEOPLE. IN FACT I HAVE MANY PEOPLE COME BACK TO RE-ORDER. NOW I KNOW WHY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BACK ORDERS. TOO BAD. I STILL HAVE PRODUCT TO SELL FOR THOSE WHO WANT IT.

How do they get away with it? These guys sold a product that is responsible for at least one death I know of in California. Their products mainly consist of the same dangerous ingredients which is a knock off of Mannatech's Ambertose. Mannatech's product is safe but Micronutra's is not safe-it causes an acid pH and proliferates Candida infections. Plus, there is no evidence their so-called glyconutrients are not "poisonous isolates." I have been told they make up proprietary names for the same ingredients-Carbocurb, Zenitrim and Lipoway are all Glucomannon, AKA Konjac root- why pay $50 dollars for a 30 day supply when you can by a kilo of this stuff for a couple bucks. Konjac root is the cheapest ingredient on the market-these guys are crooks.
Also beware the business keeps changing hands because the FDA shut them down and they are up for money laundering charges to boot.I'm also informed that none of their products have real safety seals and lack certificates of authentication and certification. These guys are bad for the whole industry-spread the word.

I bought Synaptrol from Micronutra Health, the website stated that there was a 60 day refund policy if not happy with the product, It did not work, I sent back unused after getting my return authorization, 3 months later, still no refund. BUYERS BEWARE! I think its a scam company.

I would not order from this company. I did get my order but all the safety seals were off! So I called, got an RMA number, returned the product which they received back in April and guess what? Yup, no credit of $114 that I am owed. Now they tell me the company was taken over and the account are frozen, blah, blah, blah! Unbelievable.

I have been getting the runaround on my refund after returning a product. 2 months have gone by since theyt have received the product and they tell me that there is some legal activity holding up my refund due to some change in the management of the company. Where is the the refund that they guarantee in 30 days. In my opinion, this company is one of the biggest frauds on the net.
