Jim, it sounds like you are a disgruntled employee. Did they fire you or something? It seems you are trying very hard to get them.
I've had no problems with Techmedica and have ordered from them many times without any problems. There were instances when it took a while to get my order but I believe this company has been just discovered and they are having trouble keeping up with orders or demand.
My diabetes right now is under control and I've haven't remember having so much energy in a long time.
Jim, are you sure you don't work for a pharmaceutical company or a competitor? Why don't you disclose your full name or email address? Seems fishy to me.

Monica, do you work for True Value Media? I am not disgruntled and was not fired. I am glad that you have your health in order, although I suspect what you have to write. I personally witnessed this company dispensing pills into bottles. The pills came from one large barrel and were dispensed into bottles labeled, Diamaxol, Glucofast, Activive, etc. I also saw bottles returned by thousands of customers who realized this was all just another "supplement scam".I then saw those same bottles emptied and then rebottled; that is not very sanitary at all. Monica, you must be a new employee there.

I just did a cross reference on the phone numbers. The toll free number shows nothing. The local US number is a Nextel non-published number based out of Las Vegas. Maybe someone else caught that. I haven't read all the posts. This web site IS A FRICKING SCAM! I was hoping I found something to help me with E.D. but, alas.... Good sales pitch though! LMAO.... Too bad people don't think and check things out before they throw their hard earned money away. Wow... On the other hand, these crooks ought to be hung by their, well, never mind.....

|
|
Faithmeds local number is also based out of Nevada... Same ED product, except bottled differently, and they charge more. Guess they know Christians are often suckers. Hate to put it that way, but that's the way they think about Christians. ez marks. Faith? Yeah sure.

Hey Ken, if you want to contact Dr. Don Verhulst of Faithmeds, contact him at Reserection Life Church in Grandville, MI Or better yet, find out when he is giving one of his "talks" and go see him in person. Make sure you ask him plenty of questions! LMAO

I use the Micronutra products in my practice, and while I had some problems months ago because of growing pains, everything was made right. The main point is that the products work as well as they say on the web site. My patients have had extremely good results, and they continue to keep ordering, or they stop ordering because the health issue that they took the product for, is now resolved. Very few out of dozens or hundreds of clients/patients have not seen very positive results.
Thank you Micronutra! Dennis Godby, Naturopathic Medical Doctor |

Dennis, how do you respond to your patients when they order Diamaxol and Glucofast, since they are both the very same sugar pill?

I'm very sorry to hear that many customer's of MicroNutra are having a bad experience, however I feel obligated to say that my wife and I have been ordering their products for about 1 year now and we have always been quit please with the product and their services. Although, a few months back it did take a bit of time to receive our order, but we were told it was because an unexpected shortage.
I just don't want to see a good company get a bad name. After all, it would be in the companies best interest to send the products to their customers for two reasons: 1. To avoid bad word of mouth (like this thread) and 2. To have repeat happy customers (like my wife and I). My advice would be to call or email MicroNutra before ordering to be sure they have the product in stock if you are worried about not getting the product right away. Thanks, Joseph |

Joseph,
Many of us working at Techmedica (Micronutra) left at the same time last month because we were not getting paid our commissions. I can tell you that this "back order" happens every single day because they don't have the fake pills to send out. The shipping department used to laugh when the "barrel" of pills came in, calling it another shipment of b.s.!! I suspect that you are actually a new employee there and not a customer. Make sure if you are an employee that you get paid. |

I ordered Healthslim several months ago and I received them in the time that was promised even though it was being sent to an APO. Unfortunatly the product did not work one bit and I am returning it hoping for thier promised refund. I just got off the phone with a customer service rep and had no trouble getting through and receiving a RMA #. I just hope I get my credit. Thank you to everyone for sharing your story. I wish I would have found this before I ordered. I don't have any complaints about the service I have received, just the product. Thank you again for keeping the public informed.

I ordered 3 bottles of Diamaxol on February 12, 2007. I waited and waited for my order to be sent to me and finally called to cancel. I still have not received a credit on my credit card and each time I call I am put on hold for a very, very long time. In fact, one day, I was on hold for nearly 2 hours. After reading these crazy stories, I am going to go directly to the building and demand my money, in cash!!

I also pruchased a 90 day supply of Hyperexol for my wife and the order was a month getting here. They do offer a 90 day return money-back guarantee but after using the product for 60 days the 90 days since the order was placed had expired. So no refund. The product did not work for my wife. There was no change in her blood pressure. I can't say whether it really works for all the people who claim they had success with it or not.[Are they real people? I wonder!] indiecds@yahoo.com |

I have ordered three times from Micronutra Health in the last year. My orders have been for Respitrol and Claritose as my partner has both severeallergies and asthma. The products have been amazing. He has cut his use of Pulmicort in half and rarely if ever has to use his ventolin. It is true that one such order was delayed because the products were back ordered but when I called the company and spoke to their customer service department, I was asked if I wanted my money refunded and my order cancelled. I let my order stand and I received the products within a week. I am very impressed with both the products and the service from Micronutra Health to date.

To my experience, MicroNutra is disreputable at best. Customer service is awful and obviously not important to them.
I have ordered Digestrol from them in the past and while the product is a miracle, this distributor must be run by crooks or, at mimimum completely inept executives. They never sent my last order and also didn't notify me that the order was never processed. I got the complete run-around at a time when I was desperate for the supplimental medicine that I ordered from them. I will NEVER order from them again. |

I placed an order for Glucofast and after waiting 3 weeks, I called the "customer service" because, according to their website, they ship out the very next day. Well, they charged my card when I placed the order on-line. When I was not able to get the answers that I felt comfortable with, I asked to speak to a "her superior". My call was transfered to a young woman. Although she was somewhat pleasant, she finally broke down after I badgered her with questions and admitted that the company was in trouble trying to get product. She then admitted that she really wasn't a supervisor, that was just their way of passing off the phone call! It took nearly 2 months to get my credit card refunded and that was after 7 phone calls, a bunch of emails (that were never answered)so, to Jenny in Switzerland, I can completely relate! I noticed that the company must be out of business because they are not located in Grand Rapids, Michigan anymore. The new name on the front of the building is different than Techmedica.

Just an update. I'm sorry that most all of you has had such a horrible experience with Micronutra but I'd have to say that besides the pills not working, everything else was a breeze. Shipping was excellent,I was always able to speak w/ customer service right away and I just checked my credit card statement and indeed a credit has posted 1 week ago for the whole amount that I spent originally. In all honesty I will say that I has a pleasant experience but after reading all this I would never do business with them again just because of thier reputation. Thanks again to all of you for speaking out.
