I have ordered one month supply of diamaxol in Nov 2006 and have not receied it so far. They are charged it to my MC card account immediately after ordering it, and I have not received my order so far.(Jan 7, 2007)they can not be reached by phone, also they do not reply to e-mail. We have to file a class action law suit against this company.
This is a fraud.

I use to sell techmedica/ Micronutra products; They are nothing short of a fraudulant company. I was part of the backorder and here is how it went. I placed an order for about 100 bottles of product and was lied to countless times over and over about where my products were. After all, I had several customers that needed there products and wanted to purchase; so here my comany looks bad to the world because we cant even ship out products due to a backorder. I mean if we stop selling, others will smply take the place of my company. Well, 2 months later I finally get the products, but after that long there were countless chargebacks filed against my company and we ended up looking bad.

My dealings with these people: there is soemthing fishy. They screwed over my company. I just thought i'd inform you all.

Warning/ Do not do business with this company..
I should have just thrown my $160 in a trash can. They may respond to your first E mail, to confuse the issue but that will be it. And be careful when read read something good to say on this web, probably a ringer for the company.

I just wanted to get my experience with MicroNutra Health out on the WWW for those interested in Natural medicines. This site is one that I will never contact again. I sent them over $250.00 for two natural products that were for diabetes and high blood pressure (a two month supply). They charged my credit card right away for the products and later said they were on back order when a couple of weeks went by. A month later I still had not received the products that I had already paid for on my credit card.
My reason for this e mail is to help others avoid web sites that purpose they have natural cures or treatments; when in reality they evidently have other motives. Many want to avoid prescription medicine with side effects that make one dubious about taking prescription medicine but my experience with MicroNutra Health has been disapointing to say the least.
I worked for the company called TechMedica. They are actually located on Broadmoor in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Nevada addresses that they list are just PO Boxes!! They are listed under several names: TechMedica, MicroNutra, FaithMeds, PetFriendMeds, Alternative Living, and a few other names as well. The so called president is a guy by the name of Tony Pham. When asked about the refunds and back orders, he simply said that he would win because most people just give up. He is making millions each week and the FDA has raided each one of his locations. He moves around alot, so beware, this is a scam. He also lists several different products, but I personally saw a large barrel of capsules that were dispensed into different bottles with differernt names. This is not the first company that Tony Pham has had. He walked away from a similar business and left many employees without a final paycheck. This company has no intentions of sending a quality product, it is useless!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will never see product or any refunds....EVER!!! I know, I saw this happen every day and this so called president pretty much said "F" em all!!!

I just read Michelle's ( she is a supervisor with the company) She should be ashamed of herself. The reason for the so called "back order" was simply the fact that the FDA raided the joint and took all the pills with them.

If this is an honest company, it is certainly an incompetent one. I ordered Activive in 2006 and after a long wait received the product (when I inquired, I was told it was backordered; this may well have been true, but it would have been nice be notified, as most companies do in that situation). I followed the directions to the letter for a month and it did nothing for me, so I requested a refund. I jumped through all the hoops: waiting ages on the phone to get a Return Authorization Number, mailing them the empty bottle at my own expense (what's the point of that???), labelled everything exactly as they said to. Six weeks after they received it (according to USPS delivery confirmation) I called and was told that they'd written me a check, but maybe it had been lost, and they'd call me back to let me know when to expect it. Nearly three weeks after that, having received no call or response to subsequent email, I called again and was told that "the system was down" and I would have to call back. I like to give people the benefit of doubt, but if they don't make good in a few days I'm contacting the FTC.

This response goes out to Frustrated in Brooklyn, NY. As you may have read from my previous posts, this is not an honest company and yes, they are also incompetent. I know that the checks they have sent out have all been returned due to insufficient funds. Now this really surprises me, since they are taking in millions of dollars per month. You should call the CEO yourself. Just call the 800 number and then dial in his extension 4112 (that is probably cut off now since I have published it in the past!) His name is Tony Pham. I doubt he will respond and if he does, he is very clever at talking from both sides of his mouth! Another interesting, yet disgusting note. The pills that are returned are all dumped into a large plastic barrel and then re bottled! Whether it is Nutratose, Activive, Diamaxol, Hyperexol, they are all the same pill!!

you are a gem Jim, for posting this! i was just a few research-googles away from throwing my money after phoney-tony, or scam-pham. hihi.. not really funny. i am by far desperate enough to throw money at anyone who promises me the rainbow. there is so much power in hope, faith and light in the tunnel, and may he burn slow and painfully for taking advantage of peoples poo-problems. so glad i found this forum, even if it put out the light in my tunnell for the evening. good luck everyone:)

Hi Jim,
When did you quit working there? They're hiring right now, and I'm considering it. Any insight would be helpful!

Hi Dave,
I worked there over the summer of 2006. I still stay in touch with a few of the workers from the call center department. Dave, all I can tell you is this, the pay is probably still only $10.00 an hour and for that you will be bombarded with hundreds of calls each day from very, very, very upset "customers". Here is what is happening. Unsuspecting people are ordering the products through the various websites (Techmedica, Micronutra, FaithMeds, LivingRemedies, etc) They are paying hundreds of dollars, expecting to receive a package within a few days to a week.( I say this because their website claims that they ship out the next day)When I left, most of the "orders" were 3 months "back ordered" There really isn't a back order. The FDA came in and confiscated all the pills. This caused Tony Pham to have to figure a way to cough up another million dollars to buy new pills. Well.....he just lets the orders come in, knowing that he wil never be able to fill all of them. When the people call in (after waiting on hold for 2 plus hours) they are told they will have their orders canceled and refunded. But here is the rub, as a call center employee, you are instructed to tell the customer that the order has been canceled, but you are to nothing about it. I would find a job somewhere else. I was reprimanded many times by my supervisors for telling the customers the truth.

Dave,
Another thing to consider: you should read Justin Buist's blog. He worked for Tony Pham in 2001 and that too was a scam. The blog is very interesting. It is listed as JustinBuist.org Go to the older blog section from January 2006 to read it.
