That's ludicrous. Does every family get billed for a search for their loved ones? Or only those with a whole lot of money?

i could go along with the idea, but he was flying, theres a diference from that to walking out in the desert getting lost with no supplies, and the taxpayer has to pay to find ya, now them people should be charge,$ and also charged with stupidity. but theres no law for that yet ??
