maybe Mayor Fasi should have the honor of lighting the christmas tree this year.. it was afterall his dream to recreate the spirit of christmas in downtown for all of Oahu to enjoy...

Christmas has become a commercial business. The "Christ" has been removed from this Christian sacred time. It seems so hypocritcal that people opposed Islam Day celebratin, doesn't it.

Of course the lights stir up memories....they are the same displays they left out in the rain for last couple of decades.
