We don't want you or your money. Actually this family arrived here shortly after 68 but not by choice. We have lived here almost our whole life except when the USAF was sending us all over the World. My ancestors are from the Carolina's. We wouldn't still be here but most of the family in the area. So if we move it will be out of the Carolina's. I just think their are other matters that the rich could be taking care of instead of Bikers. You have a failed School System, the roads are the pits, the drainage system stinks, more crime ever day if you keep up with the news. BC couldn't wait for the Base closure so the Military were booted out. Thought the property was going back to them but surprise, if you sale for a dollar you don't get it back. Wet Lands building is a disgrace. So keep on complaining about bikers who frequent all year long without bikes.

RickyD wrote: <quoted text> What strain is on your safety? I've been in MB during Bike Week and the fourth of July. Whenever Emergency units go down 17, the bikers spread out so they can get by, during the 4th they get stuck in traffic or have to go across the median. I know you never felt threatened by a harley biker. Most of the harley bikers are 40+, with most being in their 50's. Your average teenager cannot afford a 20K bike. There is very few 1% during that time, but they are also getting old too. You are so right Ricky most of us are old. Just want to ride, go out to eat and shop. Don't care if vendors are around we do have flea markets here. MB can keep it up and they are going to disgrace their ownselves.

If shes renting a space in a strip mall then of course they won't let you. Someone else owns the parking lot. Are you sure you were in MB,SC? You must not have come to MB cause it was a fact traffic worse than bike week. Took us one hour plus to get from MB to NMB. Besides TRAFFIC HOLD UP COMES WITH THE AREA? Try Hwy.501, feel sorry for those folks that have to put up with the traffic every day!!!!

The majority will support the Harley rallies over the black biker crimefest by a HUGE margin. Keep the Harley rallies and end the black biker crimefest and the REAL problem is solved. The crimefest event cateres to a bunch of thugs who have overrun the city and show total disrespect to the city, it's citizens and ALL laws period. End the bull**** over the two and end the crimefest.

The host hotel in in Mt Pleasant and the event headquarters is at Patriot Point, with activities all over the city. www.scstatehogrally.com You are both wrong. This is a small weekend rally that is attended by mostly us veterans.(Patriot's Point) It a mainly older folks who enjoy a quieter way of life. There are not usually many lawbreakers. It is fun but does not have the trashiness of what I hear happens in MB. All hotels are in Mt. Pleas. away from residents' homes and most riders are respectful. It is like I said -- much smaller than MB rally. The City of Charleston does not encourage this or participate in it. Bikers are not asked to leave, but a noise ordanance is strictly enforced in the city. The wild crew usually heads to North Chas. where there are lots of biker bars, beer holes, whatever. Hope this explains what goes on there if you are interested.

The 09 Bike Rally will not take place. I have spoken with many of our counties most prominent religious leaders. They have assured me that city and county leaders have heard the religious communities opposition to this debauchery and have sided with good over evil.
Praise God!
