very worst support

I had reported for a problem by April 1st week to enable my password for my netbanking through phone banking.But unfortunately i didnt got any reply from the HDFC bank for nearly 10 days.Later when i tried calling to HDFC bank for more than 5 times there is no response.Somedays later i talked with a support representative and he told me that the first time when i tried to submit a request is not successful so he told me to do the same again and also he made a note of my issue and he assured me that i will get my password in next few days.Unfortunately nearly 10 days gone so i again tried calling to the customer support and asked about my status at that time he gave a representative number and requested me to talk with him but the worst part this time also it failed .unfortunately its one month gone from the time of my request submission but i didnt get any support...
I dont know what the HDFC team is doing for this... so i have a doubt whether they were really taking care of customers
Waiting for a response atleast from a guy who is really looking forward to solve customer's issues
