Mortgage rates rise because of rise in risk of foreclosure from non-qualified buyers and/or those who lose their jobs. I'm afraid today's fall is just beginning because of the Democrats' economic policies. Hence, everybody will lose--rich AND poor.

Whoose the bigot ? A man was just elected President that has a questionable past at best and no paper trail of any accomplishments.

If it was a bad day for you in the market don't take it out on the people that voted for McCain ? Give it a rest already, we could be heading for worse days or better days.

I could take your comments much more seriously if you could punctuate, spell and use proper grammar. Stupid is not cool.

Do any of these wizards know what the hell they are doing? The fall out keeps getting worse as they keep changing where to slap down our tax payer money. Close your damn eyes and make some concrete decisions or this thing will never work itself out.

But just in case, I just ordered my don't blame me I voted for McCain t shirt. If I am wrong, although I just get bad vibes from Obama, I will be the first to say I am wrong. If he does make a CHANGE in this country, it has to stay along the lines of what this country is, not what he wants it to become. He bears watching closely by the powers that be.

Stocks are beaten down out of fear of the economic policies that President-elect Obama campaigned on.

Corporations are taking their profits now because of the higher capital gains Obama campaigned on.

Wall Street is Main Street. It will affect us all, no matter how poor we are.

As long as you see profit takers cashing in every time the market goes up, you will never see the market get any higher. The bottom line is GREED.It's like taking two steps forward and four steps backwards.

The American Govt. and People have been spending money that they don't have for a very long time now,and the experts say the way to fix it is to spend more money that they don't have.I didn't go to college or anything, but come on people this isn't brain surgery.time to pay up or suffer in your own self inflicted misery, remember possesion is 9 tenths of the law,be prepaired to defend against those that will decieve you.
